We recently used My Dad's Flooring for a stair runner and everyone was fantastic to work with. Carla at the store was super helpful in determining the best options in terms of look and longevity. Tim, who came out to the house for measurements, made it quick and simple. The install was also super quick and they showed up on time and did a great job! My Dad's Flooring was fantastic!! I shopped around quite a bit. Their pricing was competitive and their service was exemplorary!! The installers put in over a 12 hr day to get the job done of 4 rooms, kitchen, laundry room and 2 baths. Orgininally it was supposed to be a 2 day job. They were neat, gave a few good suggestions and did a beautiful job. There was a small bump in the road but manager Tim was quick to respond and solved the issue right away. We were a previous customer of Meany's and decided to go to My Dad's Flooring when we needed new carpet. We couldn't be happier! They had just what we were looking for and were helpful when deciding on a color. Our HOA had some specific requirements and they were happy to oblige. Best of all, the carpet looks beautiful and Chip did a wonderful job on installation!

Great experience getting carpets put in when selling my place. Jay made it very easy and fast with great prices. Installers were on time, clean, professional. Did such a great job I hired them to sanded, repair, and stain the hardwoods in the new place we bought. Great job there too. We had an unusual flooring need and so thankful that My Dad’s Flooring was able to step up to the challenge. Our beloved Airstream had some water damage that required some of the subfloor to be replaced. In doing that we basically ruined the vinyl flooring. We had two options. Take the trailer to the Airstream Service Center in Ohio or find a trusted local option. We chose the later and contacted My Dad’s Flooring. They assured us this type of install was in their wheelhouse. We could not be happier with the service, professionalism, and the final result.Kathleen Quinn
